Welcome to the Front Range Diabetic Supply website ("Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and any quote, buyback, or related services offered by Front Range Diabetic Supply ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility and quote requests
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal right to sell any items you submit for a buyback offer. Submitting information through our quote form does not create an obligation for either party. All supplies are subject to review, condition verification, and eligibility assessment before any offer is made.
2. What we buy and supply condition
We buy eligible unused, unexpired, factory-sealed diabetic supplies in good condition. We do not buy prescription medications, opened or expired products, or items that show signs of damage, tampering, or unsafe storage. We reserve the right to reject any item for any reason, including but not limited to expiration date, condition, packaging integrity, or market demand.
3. Offers, acceptance, and payment
If your supplies are eligible, we will provide a buyback offer. You are free to accept or decline. Payment is issued only after we receive and verify your supplies. We may offer payment by methods such as check or electronic payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or payment processors.
4. Shipping and local pickup
We serve customers nationwide and provide prepaid shipping labels for approved shipments. Local pickup may be available in the Denver, Colorado area and nearby locations such as Parker. Items shipped to us are your responsibility until they are received by us; use the shipping instructions and label we provide. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
5. No medical services
Front Range Diabetic Supply is not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or any healthcare services. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions. Never sell supplies you may need for your health or prescribed treatment without consulting your provider.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Front Range Diabetic Supply or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Front Range Diabetic Supply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or services will not exceed the amount paid to you for the specific buyback transaction at issue, or $100 if no payment was made.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Front Range Diabetic Supply and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your sale of items that you are not authorized to sell.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
